My cats have been on Mera Classic for years so when I got my chow x puppy, Siya, I worked with the team to try this as chow-chows are often allergic to chicken and get hot-spots etc as a result.
Siya is THRIVING on this food - she has grown, the quality of her fur is SO much better and the hot spot areas have started to regrow hair. She is so full of life and loves adventuring with me.

We swopped to the senior food when Honey showed signs of slowing down and seemed to be stiff after lying down. The slowness and stiffness have gone. Honey made the transition to the new food with no digestive issues - a big plus for a GSD.

I have tried so many brands of dog food for my Golden retriever, but he had constant problems with his gut till i started ordering Mera Sensitive Junior Turkey & Rice Dog Food. He has been on it for a couple of months already and i can honestly say it's the best dog food on the market as most Goldens have allergies for chicken. Happy to find Turkey in SA.

Fantastic food! My dog stopped scratching significantly since switching over to Mera! 4 stars just because I wish the protein content was a bit higher but other than that, my dogs are happy so I'm happy!

My very fussy old girl only wants to eat these pellets now! She chooses it over her Hill's wet food (stew), whereas before she would refuse to eat pellets. Well she still is quite picky but this food seems to do the trick with her! She really enjoys it!! What I personally love about the pellets, other than the ingredients, is the size of the pellets. They're so teeny tiny and cute, especially for my fussy kid who is sooo selective when it comes to pellet size! I'm also quite pleased that the food contains colostrum which is so important for their joints and immune system!!? Will have to order another bag soon before she goes on a hunger strike because I've run out!! ?

I can highly recommend the product. Was recommended the product by my pups breeder, and after my pup went off a well known brand I asked for an alternative. Mera from the service to the product has been a hit. I have now changed my 3 senior smaller dogs onto the senior feed, and my other dogs onto the regular activity brand, and my 12 month old retriever onto Junior 2. My Belgain Malinois, Shia. Switched over to Junior 2 when he was around 6 months. He grew up on another brand which we thought was good. Little did we know he had a slight calcium deficit and too many calories for his portion size. It was only when we switched over to Mera that we saw huge improvements in his health and appearance.
