Our Shipping Policy
MERA offers customers FREE delivery nationwide.
Our delivery service is outsourced to our various courier partners and we will provide you with a tracking number when your order is shipped that you can use to monitor your order through their online portals.
Delivery Times and Addresses
Orders are delivered Monday – Friday between 08h00 and 17h30 (this excludes public holidays).
Unfortunately, our courier partners cannot guarantee a specific delivery time but it will be between normal working hours.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment, however, if there are any delays we will keep you updated.
Orders are packed into cardboard packaging for protection and sealed with tape.
Orders are delivered within 3 working days to main centers and 5 working days to outlying areas. Some outlying areas may take longer depending on the courier’s routes. If there are delays in shipping after the parcel has been collected by the courier company, we will assist you in dealing with the courier company.
Please note, the courier requires a FULL physical street address for deliveries. Some farm and outlying areas may be able to be located by the courier. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure if the courier will be able to locate you.

From time to time, there may be certain items that are out of stock, but this will be updated on the website in real-time.
Our Refund Policy
We 100% believe in and guarantee all of our products. If for any reason you, or your dog, are not satisfied with your purchase, you may report to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will promptly ship a replacement or issue a full refund, no questions asked. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunded products must please be responsibly disposed of or donated.
If your order has been delivered in a damaged condition, please take photos of the original packaging, including the box in which it was delivered, and email it to us at email@example.com. We will promptly send a replacement bag or issue a refund.
