Are my card details safe?
Yes, absolutely! Payment are done through PayFast and our site is secured through https. PayFast is a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider so you can be assured of peace of mind.
Can I pay via EFT?
If you would like to set up a recurring order but do not want to pay with a credit or debit card, please get in touch with us at sales@meradog.co.za and we will set up an automated recurring order for you. You will receive an invoice emailed to you at your requested frequency and upon receiving payment your order will be dispatched.
When will I receive my delivery?
Orders in and around Cape Town are usually delivered within 24 hours and the rest of South Africa is between 3 and 5 working days. Outlying areas may take an additional working day. You will receive a tracking number with confirmation of your orders so you can also track your delivery.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. No cancellation fees.
Is this a membership with fees and signup costs?
Nope! Schedule and Save is simply a way to make your life more convenient while offering you savings on your food. No hidden costs or fees.
What happens when a transaction declines?
If your card declines, for whatever reason, we will be in touch to assist you with your order.
What about price increases?
When it comes to price increases, we will notify you before a price increase is automatically implemented on exisiting subscription orders.
